I stopped looking for cranes a year ago because I couldn't find any that looked affordable & durable. After I stumbled upon ProAm USA and seeing their product selection how it looked to be quality and affordable, caught my attention. After research, I immediately made a purchase. The fact that it was made in the USA made me feel very confident about my purchase. I received the product in the mail about 3 to 4 business days later and was very pleased with the packaging. It kept the products very secure and safe. After unpacking them, it was very easy assembly, came with clear instructions and was very pleased with the material that was used to construct the products. I fell in love with my crane. I bought an 8 foot Orion at first, then I ordered 4 foot extension a couple weeks later. There easy to reach staff were very helpful and available to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be making more purchases from ProAm USA, and would encourage other potential buyers to do the same.

My experience with ProAm USA is nothing if not exceptional. I first bought the 8ft camera crane and had the opportunity to work with the ProAm team for expedited shipping and they exceeded my expectations in every possible way. When I then ordered the crane extension they again exceeded my expectations through excellent customer service and I received my product 1 day early which never happens.

Now on to the product, this is so well built and easy to use that I now capture more high quality video than ever before. I use this to record football games and the quality I achieve is so great we are able to show players more details, which has translated to a undefeated season. Our film study gives us a competitive advantage and our camera crane gives us great quality with easy setup and operation.

first of all, proam replied within a day when i had a question about their products. shipping was timely. their products are sturdy, well-designed, and priced reasonably, in a field where most pieces of equipment are overpriced. (a friend lent me his $500 camera stabilizer from another manufacturer to play with, and it was lousy. proam's is simpler, better designed, and way cheaper.) i would not hesitate to recommend proam products and to order from them again in the future when the need arises.
