1 ft Short Head for Orion DVC200 / DVC210 Cranes
Converts your Orion DVC200 or DVC210 camera crane into a compact mini-jib for use indoors and in tight spaces. The 1 ft short head replaces the standard crane sections, giving you a short, controlled jib motion that works in rooms where the full 8 ft arm would be too long.
Ideal for real estate interiors, small studio setups, and any location where you need jib movement but don’t have the space for a full- length crane.
Compatible with Orion DVC200 and DVC210 cranes only.
Note: This short-head is only compatible with DVC200 & DVC210 models that were purchased after March 12, 2007.

I bought the orion 210 crane before 2007. will this work with my older crane?
It may work, but we'd need to see a picture of the front of your crane to make sure. Could you send a picture from the underside of the front to us at sales@proamusa.com and we'll let you know. Thanks!

Does this include the extension plate for use with long bodied camcorders..?
The Short Head does not include the extension plate, but it is available to purchase as an option now for only $8.

I have a DVC200 crane...with the 4' extension to make the crane 12'. Can I use the extension and the short head to have a 10' crane. Also, I'll have to check on my purchase date for my crane...what changes were made for cranes after March 12, 2007 that makes this accessory unusable with 'older' cranes...?
Yes, you can use the short head with an extension. After 2007, we began using rectangular crane bodies. So as long as your crane is rectangular and not square, it should work great!
