    Well Done ProAM!

Posted by Vince Montefusco on Jul 25th 2015

WOW what a nice clean heavy-duty great looking professional crane for the price. I am using it on a new TV Musical Reality Show teaser with a broadcast camera weighing less than 30 pounds. Suggestion: Buy their nice 10" monitor, mount & cables and their heavy-duty carrying bag. Note that you will need to buy inexpensive barbell weights to balance camera, lens & accessories on the crane.

I am using two operators: One operator concentrates on crane moves and the other operator on zooming in/out and remote motorized pan/tilt system.

    12' and 20' Cranes

Posted by Vince Montefusco on Jul 17th 2015

ProAm is a great company with excellent customer support.

Their 12' and 20' cranes are rock solid. However, before you purchase any of their cranes, make sure the weight of your camera (including all attachments and accessories) match the load capacity of the crane you are interested in buying.

And, like any new piece of equipment, there may be a slight learning curve, but I can assure you with ProAm's cranes, you'll be up and running in no time as they are very easy to setup and use!! Funny story: When the 12' crane was delivered, I set it up in my home and started panning and the arm hit a flower vase my wife designed - oops...

I am a 40 year film & TV professional and will use their cranes on a new TV reality show. The 20' crane will have a remote motorized pan/tilt system and 2 operators.

You have my name and can look up my partial resume at www.IMDB.com.
