PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Iris SD is a 7-inch LCD monitor kit designed for camera crane and on-camera use. The large, bright TFT screen displays 16:9 widescreen or 4:3 aspect ratio video, making it easy to frame and focus when your camera is out of reach on a crane or jib arm.
Connect to your camcorder via the included RCA video and audio cables. Compatible with both NTSC and PAL video systems. Adjustable color, brightness, contrast, and volume settings let you fine-tune the display to match your shooting conditions.
This is a standard-definition monitor. For HD monitoring via HDMI, see the Iris Pro P7HD2.
The kit includes mounting hardware for attaching to a camera hot shoe, crane arm, or tabletop stand, plus a camcorder battery adapter plate so you can power the monitor from a Sony NP-series battery in the field.
