How do I return an item?
IMPORTANT. Until you are certain that a refund or exchange will not be necessary, handle the item(s) you purchased carefully and retain all product packaging and materials.
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, ProAm USA will gladly refund the purchase price of the item you return. Please contact us in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return the item within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns received with no RMA may be refused. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are issued a refund, it will be less S&H charges. If the order included FREE shipping, but the item is returned for a refund, we will deduct actual shipping costs from the refund amount (unless the item is defective). We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
For standard returns, the customer assumes all return shipping costs. For exchanges due to defects, we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. Exchanges not due to defects require shipping charges to be paid by customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground or similar standard service unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be packaged appropriately and received in new, re-sellable condition. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, customer may be responsible. Additional fees may be incurred. The cost of repair for damaged or used items may be subtracted from refund total. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
